The Event! Cassiano Creative attends, sets up our podcasting space, and records coverage of the show, including interviews.

Post-Production! We take our raw recorded footage and turn it into professional-grade content and deliver to you.

An event media correspondent is an on-site interviewer and content creator who captures the energy, insights, and key moments of your event through professional interviews, commentary, and behind-the-scenes coverage. Instead of passive documentation, a correspondent actively engages hosts, speakers, sponsors, and attendees to produce dynamic, podcast-style content that elevates your event’s visibility and impact.
Pricing is based on event duration, location, and deliverables, with a 2-hour minimum. Rates begin at $150 per hour, with discounted half-day (4hrs), full-day (8-10hrs), and multi-day packages available. Custom quotes are provided for large-scale conferences, trade shows, and corporate events. Additional services, such as custom branding or extended post-production, may be added as needed.
Yes! I regularly travel for conferences, trade shows, summits, and corporate events. Travel within 1.5 hours of Charlotte, NC incurs no extra fee. Beyond that, standard travel costs apply, and long-distance events may require airfare and hotel accommodations.
Most clients receive their fully edited episode and promotional clips within 7–10 business days. Multi-day events or extensive content packages may require additional time, but expedited delivery can be arranged if needed.
Absolutely. All content comes standard with Cassiano Creative branding, but you may opt for custom event or sponsor branding for a one-time $75 add-on. This includes your logo, colors, and title cards incorporated into all final deliverables.

Not typically. I maintain a preference of using my own gear in the execution of my services. This ensures that I have immediate access to all acquired and recorded content and therefore can begin reviewing and planning the production of your deliverables without reliance on other parties.
No. The pricing of this service is based on the timeframe of your event. With location and travel distance sometimes playing additional roles. The gear I bring is simply the chosen items I've amassed in order to provide this service effectively and to the best of my skills.
